What is the difference between the AI Call Agent and the AI HR Agent?
The AI Call Agent is the general-purpose phone agent: you write its prompt and point it at any calling workflow, including sales and customer support. The AI HR Agent is the recruitment-specific version, wired into CV screening, candidate records and interview scheduling.
